OK I have a Power FC in my FC I bought it at Border. It cost me close to 3000dollars US. First let me say that whoever said it uses a stock FC map sensor is wrong cuz we all know the FC never had MAP they were all AFM.

Border Will not sell Just a Power FC and Commander as Far as I know..........most shops in Japan will not. I had to let them install it......I opted for no tuning cuz that defeats the purpose and it also costs close to $1000 dollars for him to tune it..........**** that! Mine was a little more expensive cuz I purchased all the Apexi sensors such as the 3 bar MAP sensor and threw my AFM in the garbage. I also got the Air intake Temp Sensor and there was one other adapter I bought. these sensors and the pipe to go in the area where the AFM was boosted the price.

If you can come across a PFC you can use Stock FD Sensors to make it work I am not sue about the TPS on the FD because the FC has a two part TPS and they both read a voltage to the CPU.

I am in pretty good relations with Border and I have been Tuning the PFC on my car for a while now so If anyone has questions please ask.

what kinda adaptor was it that u got?besides the 3bar map sensor and the air intake temp...and when u were talking about the sensors and the pipe that go into the area where the afm was, is that called the "air flow meter adaptor"??

one more question is the intake air temp sensor same as inhalation warm sensor?

Like said I can't remember.......maybe it was the "air flow meter adaptor" I was thinking of. and yeah its just a pipe that goes into the space where the AFM was. Intake Air Temp Sensor is a replacement for the sensor that goes in the neck just before the throttle body. As far as I know even in stock form it measure intake air temp. The one I have in my car is a much larger Apexi version. I am not sure what or where the inhalation warm sensor is......lol

They had a Pressure sensor which operated the guage in the dash and sent a voltage to the ECU which was used for saftety in limiting boost and on the later model FC's they had a boost module kinda like a EVC but all fuel and timing calculations were made by the AFM. I guess you could call it a MAP Sensor but the cars system was not based on MAP.
