Okay I'm wondering about ignition dwell time... the Hitman says 4.1ms and BDC syas 4.5ms and I've seen a 3.something ms setting somewhere else. What do you guys use and do your ignitors run really hot or are they pretty solid? I know there isn't much difference between 4.1 and 4.5 but it might be enough to make a hotter spark, or it might be enough to slowly wear out the ignitors by overcurrent, right? So I'd appreciate a little clarity here... I mean I'm sure neither is harmful -- both are well respected and experienced tuners -- I'm just wondering if there's a better reason to choose one or the other or split the difference or what...

Thanks!

If the ignitors are current limited (as any worthwhile ignitors are), you should be okay so long as they are properly heat sunk.
