I bought the Motec M-4 from Motec USA

http://www.motec.com/home.htm

As far as parts go what kind??

I get most of my stuff from Loi at Sportcarmotion.com he is really helpful and has good prices.

If you are looking for used stuff I have a place in Miami that I deal with. If you need it let me know.

I pissed off the guys on the Haltech forum when I announced I went Motec. I also said something about motec being a better unit. I think I made some enemies. oops.

People fight to the death over their ECU's, especially Haltech people. The ones on rx7forum.com were trying to rag on me for having a Wolf 3D, as well as 4 1600's. Hey, it worked pretty well for me. That Shane Tofts hates anything not Haltech. Don't ever waste your time trying to tell him an ECU is better than a Haltech ECU.

If you buy it from SR Motorsports they'll have the crank trigger stuff all set up for you so that it will bolt right on. You just have to put the crank wheel in the proper position so that the ECU does the timing properly.

That looks pretty damn good, nicer than what my friend did. You could probably sell something like that if you made a few.

It was 1600 for the M4 unit after you added all the goodies wiring harness etc. the final bill was 1900.

I called on Friday ordered it on the phone and had it in my hands on Tues. the next week.

So someone else has done this huh? I would like to see some pics of your friends setup.

BTW - This cradle is for sale as soon as I know a price I will tell you. He made a templet so he can make more.
