Emanage Blue on FD3s twin Turbo

Hi guys, the website I used to use for all my emanage needs has shut down !! GUTTED!! (mohdparts.com)
The problem is, there was an amendment to the emanage instructions which contained the 3 switch settings for using the emanage blue in the FD3S.
The supplied manual has an error and shows the switch settings as a blank box.
Does anyone know what the switch settings should be set to for an FD3S ?
please help me as I have almost finished my engine and am ready to wire up my emanage and some other bits and pieces!
