dave that car has been holding up for well over a year now. i'm sure that he's gonna go ported and single soon though.



as for mods that car basically has all the basic boltons.

dp/mp/catback greedy 3 row FMIC, intake, and thats about it its simple and fast.



i know that that car is gonna run a 10 sec 1/4 mile on stock motor and turbos

I've met him and seen his car run under 12sec. Very fast. no hidden gizmos under the hood.

that car has been holding for a few years. boostn7 has a heavy foot. if you happen leave etown when he is.... you can see him fly by you at very high rates of speed

Here are the mods on stock motor and turbos (non-seq)



-PowerFC-----> the best insvestment and probably the reason why it's flying.

-Greddy PE cat back, mid-pipe, down pipe

-Greddy 3 row front mount

-Greddy air filter

-Crane Hi-6

-Walbro 255 hp fuel pump

-4 x 850 cc

-Greddy pulleys, intake elbow

-FJO wide band

-300m chromoly axles

-Turbo diff......

Nice work indeed. It's nice to prove the naysayers wrong. It is all in the tuning after all. :bigok:



On the "other" forum when I posted that I hit 265rwhp on the stock turbo in my '89 T2 and possibly stock injectors (still not 100% sure what the previous owner did) and the naysayers were all over me. They said that I was not telling the whole story and whatnot. I showed dyno sheets and people that know me personally vouched for me. That still wasn't good enough. The smarties would pipe up how my engine was about to go or that 12.5:1~13:1 a/f was way too lean or the the turbo was going to die soon. Little do they know how much I abuse it and have been doing so like it for a long time.

lol... I only abused your car a little bit.. I'd have to say it was 265 hp worth of peppy, not pushing 500ish like I'm used to , but definitly around 265ish...
