Not exactly broken, but my TII is in the garage in pieces. I'm trying to dig my way down to the turbo, so I can pull it off and port the wastegate. I'm getting closer, having pulled the ACV and some lines off this weekend. After I port the wastegate, I'll be putting my new exhaust on, along with some other goodies. Right after I get it all back together, I'll be off to the strip. I think they're running here until sometime in November.
a word of advice.... REMOVE ALL THAT EMISSIONS CRAP. i did and my TII engine bay is empty now... only 2 or 3 vacuum hoses on the entire thing. no more vacuum leaks..... i love it !
Funny. My original plan called for putting it all back on. Funny how plans can change. I pulled the EGR to make room for my O2 sensor on the HKS downpipe. The TID is split, so I need to replace that. Seems like a good time to dump the stock airbox too. The ACV looks like a bowl of spaghetti. Can't imagine putting that back on if I don't have to... and on it goes. I really want to keep a cat though, and for that I believe I need the air pump and the ACV. Any advice?
just get an aftermarket cat. why do you need a cat ? get a midpipe for nwo and when emissions around just swap in the cat again
I've already got a Bonez cat. I figured I'd keep it legal and all that. But I really would just need it once a year for inspection.

let's see 3 rx's all 3 down! only got a handful of runs with TII down the 1/4 before the tired j-spec i received decided to flaten all the rear rotor springs = 40 psi of compression . the FB has a weird problem from hell that i'm still trying to figure out . and last but not least i haven't been able to drive the FD at all this year and i'm still waiting for a certain someone to weld my badly cracked turbo manifold so i can put the car back together with all the goodies i bought for it this has been a bad year for me and my 7's!

If you have the Bonez cat and it has a air tube and you want to remove the air pump just have the air tube welded over or cut off and welded. Probably cost you about $5-$10 at a welder.
