thanx ito, btw i tuned to 12.8 and that still seemed a little rich, but i wnated to drive home , i didnt wanna run any leaner this time, also onteh low end teh motor likes to run rich it seems going richer then mid 13s seems to loose power.

i am also conserned with the port and teh setup i have, i have seen numbers of 160 to wheels with the same setup as my car MINUS the porting.

i really belive the intake manifolds are restrictign a lot of my power, if u look at teh 5k rpm range u can see that the motor wants to make more power

but for some reason cant. i think this is the manifold problem, once ported the manifolds can not flow enouf to benefit the porting. i belive that if i swtich over to a shorter style manifold i will get MUCH more power at teh wheels. i am in process of designing my own manifold that will go between teh lower intake manifold and the stock throttle body. no more vdi, but stil keepign the 6 ports for low end.

the stock upper intake is pretty good right? flows will, and has that variable intake thing, if you make another one, wouldn't it hurt the torque number?? the low end...?

i think the lower intake is more restrictive, the way it shrinks down and all the curves... But i do agree the whole intake system should be improved... the shorter runner will get a lot of peak hp advantage.. but the car might seem slower or has much less usable powerband.
