Went out tonight:

110-115 PSI Compression on both rotors

Pulled the intake, 6 port sleeves were in the correct position.

Reassembled and left the sleeves out.

Wire check:

Wires that were in the car for the dyno:

16.7,18.7,11.5,12.7

Installed wires that measured:

7.9, 8.5, 5.3, 5.7

Added another ecu ground from the harness to the firewall

I am ?BAFFLED.

the results look all over the place, you need to get the AFR's datalogged during the run, I suspect they too are all over the place.

Did you replace the vacuum line going from the engine to the boost sensor? If so, did you remember to put back the orifice?

The 'boost' sensor on the FC has an orifice in the vacuum line... you know, the thing that is just a MAP sensor connected to the LIM.

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm well, i'd give the sensors all a once over to make sure they're within spec, and check the engine grounds to make sure they're good. I don't remember if this was asked before and have to run, did you check to see if the ecu was throwing any codes?

Added an additional ground with Mil-Spec Tefzel coated wire. Emmissions harness and engine to chassis ground are ganged together.

At this point I am SERIOUSLY considering the ****-IT Option and just installing the Microtech and to hell with this testing.
