I never made that much power. I had all the gear too, but never got the ECU right to do it.



Upgrading the cooling system on the FD usually consists of replacing the stock radiator, which I did.



You can get much bigger radiators for a 2nd gen than a third gen (and way cheaper). Your stock radiator might be 30% more area or more than a 3rd gen.

is it just me or does max's sleeves seem really thin for his application



nice pports but thin sleeves... not sure about that one.. i plan on using thicker sleeves

Max may have a problem later down the road with his manifold cracking. The tubes he used are rather thin. Aluminum will fatigue fast. He will need to heavily brace his intake system to prevent vibration and weight from killing those tubes.
