Hey Serpent and Twist, wooffinn here from sunny Queensland. What your drive down there?? I'm one of the tech/bullshit officers from the "Seven of clubs" which is the Mazda car club of qld. We're always after members no matter where you are in the world!! As like all non-profit orginizations in oz, we're having problems with the wonderful 'public liability insurance'too but we're not planning to become another victim of this utter bullshit!

Our website is at http://www.carrepairs.com.au and just follow the car club links if anyone's interested!
cool, thanks for the link.

I drive a mazda mx5 SP and on the race track I race in Improved Production a Gen 1 RX7, built and maintained by Guru Racing (rohan Ambrose)

Hey Twist, sounds like there're both excellent rides. I'm thinking of getting back behind the wheel again[much to the wife's disgust!!]. A friend and I used to race a '72 Rx-2 in the street modified class a few years back. Unfortunately, our local track 'lakeside international raceway' is no more, but on a brighter note, the new track'Queensland raceway' at Ipswich now has a 'Rotary Engine' Class which races once a month. Once I rebuild/replace the rather dead 13B in my Series 1 Rx-7, I'll don the crash hat and go race!

How are you going in the Improved Production class Twist?? What can you improve?[sorry what will CAMS actually let you do!] Just a curious mechanic/racer.
