i m changing my interior in my fd from beige to black and i'm trying to find a black carpet peice and the dealership here says they cant get them that they arent even made anymore. the car is ripped apart and is just waiting on that peice to get ready to be reasembled If some one knows where to buy a new or used black carpet peice or where i could have one custom made etc etc etc please let me know a.s.a.p . thanks in advance.

on rx7club.com look under the group buys /venders there... they have a vender that has new carpet kits in all different colors and styles..

 

it looks like you could still get a factory carpet, but 10 years ago it was $1200, these days it would be more like 2k, and then you'd have to wait while they make one, box it up and ship it over here by boat

 

^holy smokes that would be way more $ going with that. check the vender add on the club for better prices and there are pictures of club members cars with the carpets installed... looks really good

does anyone know where to buy just the stock carpet that would be the best for me I'm willing to pay well for it.

 

go to a dealer and order one. expect at least 6-8 weeks, and $1400ish

well good news "kind of" i went to the dealership and the parts guy told me a while ack that the factory carpet couldn't be bought anymore. well after enough beggine and pleading he got me a new peice for me it should be in around mid july since it isn't being shipped from japan till july 11th
