If you have Koni Yellows they are also adjustable for ride height. They have 3 settings and the top setting is the same height as a stock shock. You probably just need to adjust the height of the Koni. I think with the lowering springs most guys run the middle setting

I was thinking of going with the Ground Control coil overs.
Havent read anything about them though so I dont know how good they are. The price seems reasoable and i like the red anodizing HAHA

Those ground control coilovers are not real coil overs.. the are a sleeve to go on the shock to hold up the spring.. which is an Eibach spring.. they give you the adjustability to lower or raise the height of your car.. but thats it.. My brother has ground controls on his celica with konis too and he has the same porblem you described above.. if you a bump it bottoms out, or an the freeway certains bumps will make the car airborne.. A full coilover system is better cuz the shocks/coils, are made to work with each other.. the ground control kit is universal, so it can work with any shock.. some combinations might work, others may not.. I have also heard the the sleeve can break on those coilover conversion kits..

i had the ground control on koni's on my black FD, and i ran quickest in the prepared class, i also drove the car everyday, and the roads around here SUCK. however, i suggest what stephen said, and adjust the up a little. i had no bottoming problems with my car......
i can say, that if you run toooo much rebound and stiffness together on the street, you are asking for trouble...they (fd's) do not do well when too stiff on bumpy roads coupled with turns and dips. the rear of the car is soo flighty and unstable if the car is not properly corner balanced, it just gets trick.....and those of you who have broken the rear loose in a turn at speeds, can attest that they are VERY hard to regain control of......
eibach sport line springs are great, just like suggested above. the racing beat springs are a little low for me too.....
