I've been having some problems with my suspension I just installed that consists of Koni Shocks with Racing Beat Springs.

One minor problem is scraping from being a bit too low.

The major problem is reduction in suspension travel that causes the suspension to slam off it's bumps stop over any kind of signficant bump or dip and sent the car flying... especially in turns. It's just plain dangerous.

I've been doing some research on this and it appear this is a common problem when you use lowering springs on otherwise stock suspension. Many people seem too recommend coilovers to help eliminate the poor suspension travel problems.

What do you guys recommend? I'm hesitant to go back to the stock springs. I'm sure my current set up works great on a track but let's face it... this is a 99% street car.

You can cut your bump stops at allow for a little more travel... Or go to a spring that's not quite as low... Like maybe Eibach?

yea but the back of those hot rods are super soft to plant the rear tires on launch.

the rear of most vehicles is always higher, even just slightly, thats why back lowering springs normally are shroter then fronts, to level it out.

I love my coilovers, you can set ride height for winter (stock height) & summer (25in to top of wheelwells), and you can set the compression & rebound to your liking. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png
