I just want to know if someone can tell me if this crack on the wastegate is going to be ok. I ported the wastegate and this crack kind of got a little bigger. I know i saw some kind of crack on almost every set of twins i saw. So just want to get your guys opinion.

I would bet that the crack in the pic prevents a good seal. I would weld the crack and smooth it out.

 

that picture makes it look actually the bigger than it is. I'll see what i can do with it.
