I'm sorry - I think I know where you might be able to get a KD built Short Block, and a turbo cartridge, probably for $500 or less... Let me know if you want me to look into it.
Edit: Actually, you'd probably be able to get the whole turbo, not just the cartridge
EDIT #2: I also remember it being a low mile motor, possibly with a streetport (KD style!)
