We pulled the motor out yesterday. Took all day, but we didn't really have any problems with the pull. Thanks to Vosko, Jehan, Mr. Farrell, and Paul for the help. I drove the motor to KDR today and Dave opened it up. The news is not good. The front rotor detonated hard. An apex seal broke out and laid flat across the rotor, getting dragged along the housing. Large chunks were inbedded in the rotor face. There was also a large dent, like someone hit it with a big hammer. The front and center housings, along with the front rotor housing are all destroyed. The rear rotor looked ok at first, but then Dave noticed a dent in it as well. The apex seal next to the dent wouldn't fit in its slot properly, so that rotor is trashed too. He said that it definately went lean. We tested the injectors, and they all clicked under voltage. Next I'm going to test the fuel pump and check the fuel filter. Something isn't right. This is going to be expensive to fix. Dave couldn't find anything to indicate a building error, so I'm on my paying paying for this. I'm probably going to have to elt the car sit for a while untill I ahve enough money to fix it. I'm still not done paying off the last time it blew. I will probably buy a reman, and tear it down and port it. I also need to buy a new turbo cartridge.

Whats a good price for used housings and rotors? I found a gentleman that has the front and center housings, and a rotor for $150 each.
