Turbos not working
#11
Other tests to find out what is going on with your car is to tee your boost gauge into two locations:
First
1) The line that feeds the pressure tank, and tee into it before the check-valve: see boost build, drop at 3500rpms, build again and hold
Next
2) The line behind the 1" charge relief 90 deg bend, which is the second turbo's activity: see nothing, boost builds at 3500 rpms, and holds. You should see numbers close to these below:

Thanks 7sins for the advice. I have one more problem. I have not tryed out what you've stated to do because of my knowledge of the car and I scared I might mess somthing up. I tryed somthing else. I notice the the hose that connects to the blowoff valve, I think its called the 1' dial hose and goes back into the airbox. Anyways I clamped it but it still rotates. Could this be a leak. Also when I park the car and disconnect the negative cable and replug it. 75% of the time the turbo comes online right after I start the car and the 10 minutes later no more. What are signs that the ecu is bad. Can you just reprogam the stock ecu. Thanks 7 sins

does your car make a groaning noise when it doesn't boost? do you get any secondary boost when the primary does work? one thing to ck is when you shut off the car go to the vacuum tank on top of the engine in front of the intake and pull a line off you should hear vacuum release if not you have a bad vacuum hose or ck valve going towards the y pipe i believe. also it best to ck the ck valves because they can become clogged or vent both ways when they get old. when my turbos were acting up it was a combination of a few things like vacuum hoses with little pinoles in them, bad turbo control solenoid, bad ck valve, pressure chamber not holding vacuum all the time which was the cause of my intermittent no boost situations where my car would run a 13 sec 1/4 mile then a 16 the next run with no boost. also have you ever had a vacuum hose job done?

Thanks mazda rotary, Yeah somtimes I hear a groaning noise, somtimes its long and somtimes its short. I don't hear it often though. I check the ck valve that comes to the pressure chamber and it was clogged, so I just switched it with and now I hear vaccum coming out of the chamber. I have had all my hoses replace and recently replaced my turbo control soloinod, vaccum camber, and catch tank. I think I have and electrical problem because at night when I drive with the light on my car starts to hesitate when I cruise at the same speed for a period of time, in other words if I'm going 30 mph for maybe 5-10 seconds the car starts to hesitate untell I put more gas or let off the gas. Then if I cruise on any particular speed for a period of time it does it again. I'm having whole electrical system checked out for any short circuits and my ecu, this thursday. What else could it be.
