I can't really see the need for hot *** coolant around my throttle body... So I'm getting rid of it. Just wondering if capping the upper and lower nipples on the TB is good enough?

Where do the 2 coolant hoses from the TB go? I remember the one goes on the top of the motor... Near the back... Where's the other one (Lower one on the TB) go? I'm guessing I would just bypass the TB instead of going thru it?

THANKS!

yeh both hoses that connect to the throttle body get connected together therefore "bypassing" IT. You are also correct in just capping the lines the only reason would be for corrosion because its not like theres pressure from anything going throught it now. Good luck

If i remember right it runs into a hard line and goes to the front behide the coolant fill.

what i did is take the back coolant line and made it go directly into the hard line in the coolant neck...i just made the loop shorter basically... you dont need the coolant in the throttle body unless you live in a cold climate...it helps heat the wax seals on the butterflies so they open faster.
