Stripped Lugs

New to the Forum so whats up all?!! So i was in hurry to put my wheels on for the first nice weekend this month and like a dumbass...stripped my lugs. Pulled the wheel and rotor off but cannot pull the wheel lugs out. Is there a special tool, something like a gear puller to remove the piece that the lugs are attachted to? All help will be greatly appreciated!

Um... wait, so you stripped out the studs, or the nuts??
Either way, try JB Weld. If you somehow managed to rip off the ridges in the lug/stud itself than JB weld a nut to it.. let it sit long enough to settle than try taking it out at a very low speed, with high torque strength.
If you've just managed to strip out the nut than sacrifice a fitting socket (with JB Weld) to the auto gods and follow the same guidelines to get her off...
Unless I completely misunderstood what the problem is...
Either way, try JB Weld. If you somehow managed to rip off the ridges in the lug/stud itself than JB weld a nut to it.. let it sit long enough to settle than try taking it out at a very low speed, with high torque strength.

to remove the studs, you just stike the ends with a hammer to drive them out the backside. Then to install the new ones....you slide the new studs in from the back side, put a lil oil on the stud were it passes throught the hole and use the lug nut with a washer to pull the stud back into its seat. If your up north or around salt, put some anti-sieze on the new studs to keep them from striping and rusting up

If its the front then you just drive them out if its the rear you have to take the hub off to get the studs out and hope the axle shift isn't stuck in the hub
