that isnt a 'speed bleeder'
a speed bleeder replaces the nipple that you loosen to bleed the brakes.
you tighten the speedbleeder into place. Then when you are ready to bleed the brakes you loosen it 1/4 turn (or whatever it is) and pump the brakes. There is a one way check valve in the bleeder so air and fluid can be pushed out, but air cannot be sucked back in.
only way to bleed brakes solo (well mabye with a pressure bleeder but...)
