i was under my car today and noticed that my front rotor spark plugs seem to be loose or something and are leaking, I assume gas, is it safe to drive on them? they definetly need to be replaced i know that.

this would effect power correct?

yes that will affect power. DO NOT DRIVE THE CAR WITH LOOSE PLUGS, you can damage the threads on the housings, then you are in BIG trouble
