Tonight i started driving to a little meeting with some car buddies of mine, i stopped a a light and smoke started pouring into my car from the boot. it smelled like plastic or rubber was burning. My engine bay was not the source of the smoke, i looked underneath my car, and found the smoke. I couldnt tell exactly what was causing it, any possibilities??? It seemed to maybe be coming from right after the downpipe. Earlier in the night i was working on something and dropped an allen key down the boot into the black abyss, couldnt retrieve it. Doubt that would smoke it up, and i also just installed my apexi boost controller, ive only been runnign at 10-11 psi for like 1 day now, so any sufggestions or soltions would be awesome, thanks yall Ian

Did you check the rubber hose that runs from your wastegate to your newly installed boost controller?

yeh i was thinking it was maybe a clauged cat. Correct me if im wrong but, my mechanic took off my air pump, and im running a downpipe to stock pipes to apexi exhaust, so i still have stock cat on. I was told by some knowledgeable folk that without the airpump u should have the stock cat on because it doesnt push the air through sufficiently, causing cloggage?? am i wrong and speaking like a moron, if so would i eliminate the problem with going 3 inches straight off the downpipe to exhaust? thanks yall
