Hi, looking for some theories on my clutch.

In the morning I drive to work and up a gentle hill 3rd gear 3000rpm I go WOT.

As the boost comes on the clutch begins to slip.

BUT

Do it again same scenario and no slip.

My Theory. The clutch, somehow overnight, is getting some oil on it. The first "slip" burns it off. Not too bad as it means the clutch is not worn out but bad in that the clutch could get soaked eventually.

You guys reckon this theory is plausable?

More info, I do have an oil leak but it looks like it is comming from the oil cooler pipe

below the Oil Filter.

Anyne had this problem.

BTW Stock FD, sorry boring I know be hey it is still magic.

just like brakes it will have better grip when its a little warmer. reguardless, you will still need to replace that clutch sometime in the near future.
