Well, i finally got around to measuring it ;...Bore:0.050" / Length:0.240" , and yeah, a .050 tip would work great. I never thought about welding tips and I have a couple packs of them just sitting in a drawer.

It would work as long as it was cut down that is.

well i've finally finished and put everything back together, but i think i forgot to plug one of the harness connectors back into the UIM....i threw a code when i started back up....that's what i get for finishing at 2am. can crossing any of the vac lines cause you to throw an engine code?

I didn't get an engine code but my idle was all screwed up. I left the brake boost hose disconnected.
