Hey guys,

I just got back from the weekend and the car was driving fine. But just a few hours ago, I took her out for another spin and while I was in 3rd gear at 3k I thought I noticed something out of the ordinary. I don't know what it was, maybe a odd sound or just how she behaved. Since then, I can't get the car to idle normally. She'd either idle too high, at 1200 rpm or idle seek, blipping from 900 to 1100k. But otherwise, she drives fine.

My first guess would be to check my vacuum hoses and hoses in general, see if something popped off. Then it would be my oil dipstick and etc to see if I'd blown a seal? But can anyone else offer any inputs?

Sounds more like an air/vacuum leak somewhere. Blown motor would be real low idle, popping through exhaust etc. That's if it runs at all.

Check map sensor pipe and then all the othervacuum pipes (you may be able to hear a hiss from somewhere.

Good luck!
