Course it's a scanned to .pdf one... so I dunno what the hell I'm lookin at... Please help. You guys are the only reason I got this far.

Once I do it once... It's like eating *****... You just get better at it.. But I gotta get thru the first time before I can master it.. If you know what I mean! THANKS

you have the engine and trans out of the car? or are you just trying to pull your engine? Eitherway, I can only see 2 problems. you did'nt release the clutch fork, or the 2 dowelpins are stuck from corrosion

Yeah the problem is with the clutch fork, we couldn't seperate it. Thoose damn manuals didn't help us that much. We ended up unbolting pressure plate screw by screw.

Yeah it is a pain in the ***. I would agree with the clutch fork. The first time I coudln't get it off was because I forgot about the top bolt Second time was the release fork. And it could also be sealed from wear. I did the same thing as Turbovr6 we got a screw driver and undid each screw one by one. It is a major pain in the *** but it worked in the end.

I did that and it's still stuck... Just don't know how much force I should use... I don't wanna break anything!

I don't think there's anything in there that can be broken or at least not unless you bash on it with a hammer or something... just take out your starter...stick your fingers in the starter hole and push the back of that fork until it pops off the wire ring that is holding it to the pressure plate or maybe even use a bar of somesort....that should work. It takes a little force to get that wire ring to pop off the throwout bearing. After that it's all gravy.
