well i took out my injectors to get ready to send them out, and on the end cap part right after the rubber seal the cap is cracked. what kind of symptoms would that being cracked make the motor do?? this part. this is the secondary injector btw

 

it *may* have an effect on the spray pattern.

 

but it wouldnt cause the engine to run adversly?

 

it would as soon as the cracked part breaks off

 

That part is called the pintle cap , it keeps deposits from building up on the tip ,without it the spray pattern will deteriorate.You can find them at : http://www.mazdatrix.com/c-6.htm

 

if you send them to RC they'll replace them for you
