FD's have 13b-rew's...
there prolly isnt any one person that claims the highest HP number, most of the highest HP cars are drag race cars, many of which dont waste time on the dyno..

Street.
Sorry for the 13b-Rew error. And I would imagine that most drag racers are also dyno queens...I.E. Supra's.
I just read of ~600RWHP in an FD and was wondering what the limit was...

I am going to say the Abel Ibarra has made the most on a 2 rotor something like 700 plus and he is for real but could not get it down the strip very well.

How do you figure?
My car should pump out 600+ without pushing the car too hard (i have LOTS of compressor lol) and it's still a 'street' car. where i'm going with this is, this question is impossible to answer. I could swap the alcohol race motor into my 'street' car and go out and make 900 HP.
demetrious made 740rw on gas, thats one of the highest i've seen, but im sure there are tons of other high HP cars out there.

KSP FD did a dyno with 900+ PS. I believe that PS and HP are close enough to assume that 1 PS = .99999 HP.

Well, as you just said originally, most of the High HP cars are drag cars. And with that, I understand that most drag'ers are more concerned about more HP than anything else.
Whereas a track car (as most FD's are driven to be) needs the right HP, at the right rev's, plus a whole idea of tire, suspension, drag, etc. The concern isn't only HP.
