secondary boost problems

-Update-
So I took the car out last night just to show a friend what was happening and nothing happened, pulled to 8k and nothing, it ran fine. I havent driven it since my last post ^^ . The only difference is that it only hit 7psi max (still in non-seq). This morning I turned up the boost a bit to about 9ish and the stall or fuel cut is back. I suppose I will have to install a fuel pressure guage to see if it drops off at all.

w/g clip is on. I cant really understand why when I parked it a couple weeks ago it was hitting 10psi nonseq, and lastnight it only hit 7 max. hopefully I will get the garage cleared out tomorrow so I can start working on it again, starting with fuel pressure. Any suggestions in the meantime are appreciated.

Well, after a lot of diagnosis and not finding anything wrong I decided to replace the ecu with an RE Amemiya ecu I got off ebay a while ago and no more fuel-cut ( or whatever the hell was happening) Now I just need to put it back to non-seq to see if the turbo system works properly.
