I've been having this problem for quite sometime now, when the secondary kicks in it hits around 7-8psi and then it starts to flutter around 5-7 range all the way to redline. the primary is spooling fine just the secondary is acting up, any suggestions?

Check in and around the charge control valve and the hose from the Y pipe to the charge relief valve. Make sure that the charge control acctuator rod is not sticking.
