your turbos aren't bad, its the sequential control system thats bad. most likely its a misrouted vacuum line

2 more things. 1 with the air pump the o2 sensor wont work, the ecu doesn't use it at idle. and number 2 if the air pump isn't plugged in/ working it will idle really um, weird
