any sugestions i put a cone filter on my 86 fc n/a and now my baby is running a bit rich and after i drive it for a while it doesnt idle and shuts off. please some one help. i thought about slaping on a turbo to level out that leaness

She's just running rough a idle? and sometime stalls? Check for a vac leak. that would be my guess. it doesnt sound like your running rich.

13bkid, That could be alot of things..have you adj TPS? Done a tune-up? Removed any vacuum lines and not put em back(as relisys implied)? All this happened after you put that cone on?



About the turbo ... not worth it, IMO.

if all you did was put that cone on, you might have knocked loose your intake tube...check for leaks and cracks
