Hi,

just rebuilt my engine and got these few problems.

1. On WOT i am getting .6V from the oxygen sensor. This should be much more I think. Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be? Otherwise, am i looking at an Apex S AFC or something like that to correct the fuelling. The engine is stock and only has the cat removed, and induction kit. Unfortunately, i did not check the car before the rebuild, so I don't know if it was like that before.

2. Also, up to 4500 rpm, I am getting exactly .5bar and no more. I haven't gone any higher, cos of the lean prob. Opinions and help, greatly appreciated guys.

Notes:

Vacuum hoses are all changed to silicon.

stock o2 is not accurate to read the a/f ratio, if u think u have a problem go to a place that has a wideband o2 sensor and check to make sure.
