RIDES STIFF?, AND WONT RE-START!

i have a few quick questions. first, are the 93' Mazda Rx-7's supposed to ride a little stiff because mine kinda does, and i thought that it may need new strut/shocks assembly.
but id though id ask around before i went and spent hundreds of dollars.
Also, my car is having a little problem, it starts up and runs great (except for the bouncing idle speed) but once i drive it and shut it off, it wont restart and sounds like it floods its self, but if i wait about 5 min, it will start up fine.

LOL Perfect solution. FD's are a mess of problems, unless you got money to get down with. plastic intercooler piping ftl...
FC's, lighter, and a whole lot cheaper to work on.
