Thumbs up

Do any of you know how to remove the passenger side airbag. If you do is it very simple or is it hard to do?

Any sites on how to remove it would be helpful also.

Thanks

Clint

why would you want to get rid of the airbag?

Step one: have a frontal collision, then remove airbag

Step two:

Step Three: Profit.

I think you have to pull the dash out so yes it will be lots of work. May be able to just remove the glove box and get to it that way. With the dash out there's no problem getting to it but its riveted to the rectangle shaped dash cover so you would have to find a way to remove the rivets or just replace the empty space with something.

Hey thanks for your help, I don't need to take the airbag out just need to get the cover off so I can recover it with some fabric or leather. The cover is plastic and so damn shiney that in the sun it shines right in my face, the rest of the dash is fine but that cover is so damn annoying.
