Lately my turbos have been very "laggy" when I thrash hard on the throttle. Especially in third gear. If I calmly shift and gradually give consistent throttle the turbos throw me back like crazy but if I try to race someone, usually second and third gear I have no turbos at all, then I'll throw it into fourth and BAM! I get thrown into my seat?!?!?? Doesn't happen all the time, but it does happen often when I beat on it. Is this common, or is there anyway around this?

 

do you have a fuel pressure gauge? Sounds like a similar problem i was having and i found it to be a bad fpr and the fuse for the fast fuel pump relay box (one in front of enginebay). If you have a fp gauge it woudl help determine if it is indeed fuel related.
