IM going through the same stuff right now i just blew it up(actually just pre ignited, i had 12.7 a/fs running 15 pounds with the ignition adv 17-18 deg. on tired stock twins did a 3rd gear pull it was 15 psi and in the 12s on the af till about 6k I heard that raspy sound like it was loading up glanced to the boost it was at 19-20 glanced to wideband and it was in the 16s right before i had enough time to let off i heard it pre ignite 3 times car still ran after i let off untill i pulled up to the stop sign then it died and I it seemed as if it wasent burning fuel very much anymore wideband showed it in the 8s with the car off. hurt my seals too much 50 psi on the front 75 psi on the rear) anyway i ripped the engine out and im sending it to rx7 world in carolina to build it for me! while the motors been out I got rid of the ps and ac (running aem ems) relocated the battery waiting to buy a intercooler but i havent decided to go with a top v mount or a front mount. I still pan to go single while its out even if its a used sabb,wrx,srt-4,evo turbo i just want to clean up and simplify the engine bay. there is so much room in the when all the stuff you dont need is out of there! good luck

The twins in the RX7 are actually fairly decent size. If you "upgrade" to any of these I would bet money on it you will have less HP than you started with. If you want to simplify just go non-sequencial.
