comment on the suspension...

r1s came with harder rubber bushings..



no controls on the steering wheel...

no fogs...

r1s also has a reinforcement bar on the roof..

center console has two blanks...

inherently though, just so you all know, if you had the cash, and the dealer was willing, you could actually get R1/R2 with other options.



If it has the stock second oil cooler, more likely than not it was/still is R1/R2, as that was the most PITA mod to put in if you didnt have it already.



And just for all the flamers, I actually have a paper copy of an invoice from Mazda from 1993 that was an R1 with a sunroof.

of which i will dispute mitch was a typo..

as such an option... usually from a dealer..

is an aftermarket install...most likely from their preferred body shop..

its not a typo, i swear. it was possible to get it if you were to ask for a custom order form.



they can't change the Dealer Sticker from Mazda, I thought?



How could they add the sunroof and recalculate the price?

there are dealer addendums to the manufacturer stickers..

it is as it states.. dealer supplied...

My '95 has strut brace, lower lip, rear spoiler, 2nd oil cooler, no cruise, no rear wiper, no

sunroof, no fog lights, only 1 active switch (rear defog) on center console...=R2





p.s. amp, u don't mind that i put the "prayer" in my sig do you?

refer to monroney or manroni stickers..

these are manufacturer details..msrp..options..base price..transportation fees...mpgs..

yes.. dealers had the ability to provide addendums to these to include their own options..
