Hello gentlemen,

I am looking at buying this FD near by. but it does not have a boost gauge. so i want to know if this car has good boost so i can buy it. i know that Mr Rob says to hook one up to the nipple on the intake, but what kind of boost gauge, or type of gauge is that. and where do i get it at? parts store? online? let me know guys. i need your help. i want to do this quick cause you never know how long this FD will last on the market.

boost gauges are attatched to the upper intake manifold using one vaccuum line........ you can hook and unhook any of them (well except for the very expensive electronic ones which i dont think you're looking for) with ease

you should get a guage that can measure vacuum at idle as well as boost.
