Question about the FD's
#1
Hey 3rd gen peps!!!! I'm currently an FB owner and gonna be buying an FD this summer, and I had a couple questions for ya. First one is I've heard that you to do mods to them to make them reliable, is this true? Now, after you start doing High Performance Mods to it, how well do the reliablity mods hold up (if true). Thanks a bunch guys.

If you buy one stock, yes it is highly recommended to do reliability mods before you go with power mods. But if you want to leave it stock then just a downpipe will be good; it provides extra power but most importantly it removes tons of extra heat from the engine bay and restriction from the exhaust.
I'f you buy one already modded, it is much more important to check that the reliability mods were done.
