Profecb Specii Base Numbers?

Since the ProfecB SpecII is setup to adjust the SET boost and other values as a matter of percentage of the mechanical boost limit, what are some good base percentages and their associated PSI/kPa values? I have mine set to zero across the board and I'm seeing about 7 PSI.
