Ok I got the picute good, but I can't firgure out what part of the wastegae & pca to cap? Last weekend I hook only the wastegate to the profec b, in otherwords I removed the short host run it into the in port of the stepper motor and com port to the wastegate. Now if I use a T-fitting for both pca & wastegate setup where would I cap the wastegte? Casue if u coming out from the out port and using a another T-fitting shouldn't goes into the pca & wastegate side? I am doing reading this diagram wrong? Or looking at wrong?

You should cap this for the wastegate, and also plug the hose that went into that nipple. If you use Version 2, you should do the exact same thing for the Pre-control acuator.

Ok guys what is the purpose of capping those lines (refereding to the red square box)? This electric boost controoler is more complex than I bargain for. I have been using the home depot mbc {two valves) since in 95 with no problems and now I deceide to go with modern and It look more complex to me. btw I never cap off those lines when I had the mbc on the car. Can some explain to me the reason why, sorry to be dumb head I am ver curious to find out why cap those when the boost is building from the stepper motor?btw I am planning to use version 2.

Those two hoses recieve the vacum signal from the stock solenoids - If you're using a MBC then you leave them in place.. When you switch to the electronic controller, the solenoids are no longer required to signal the wastegate to open, so you remove the lines and cap the port. Capping the port ensures a reliable signal from the stepper motor.
