You would not have to sit in the engine if you remove the rack to do the job. That's funny. Thats the first time I ever seen that.

the rack is a PITA to remove, those friggin phillips head screws are in there good.

Agreed they are tight, but they do come off and it does make the job alot easier when you can do it on a bench. Either way.

i finished it last night, I'm just awaiting sensors (i broke the nipple off a few). and new viton check valves. then i will put it back together

stick something like tape or papertowels over those LIM holes before you drop something down into them and shitcan an engine.



other than that, ya shoulda removed the whole rack...

Ummm wow, that has to be the first i have seen it done like that also lol. Your last pic, so you know. there is a line thats kinked pretty bad, hope you saw it.

By not removing the rats nest you have left out about 4 more hoses if i remember correct. Hope you did all the ones (not done in the pix) down by the TCA also.
