I just priced the oxygen sensor on line and it says that it is $145.39



Is that a normal price for it? I thought these things were a lot cheaper.



I know on other cars they cost like $35

 

When do you know to replace it?

The BOTTOM O2 sensor link lists price at $70.29 US. Brand is NGK.



Some cars O2 sensors are a fortune, some are cheap. A lot of the price depends on the number of vehicles made, and the type of sensor. If you're interested in a cheaper sensor, I believe you could weld a bung for a universal sensor (single wire) and use those.. ~$20.00 US for universal O2 sensors..

Just get the universal....the stock o2 sensor is junk anyways.
