Failed NY Emissions, oxygen sensor location?

My 88 stock 13B, failed NY emissions only on HC. Was 1.77 limit is 1.20. The other 2 emissions CO And NOx were fine. I plan on changing plugs/wires/air filter and Oxygen sensor. Anybody have any other tips? Just got the Oxygen sensor today but no manual yet, anybody know where it is located? Thanks

The O2 sensor is in the exhaust manifold. You should be able to see it when looking from above...unless your blind. 
Plugs and wires are a good idea. It may also be a good idea to run the car low on gas and put some of that "pass emmissions" stuff in the tank.
