Failed Emissions Testing

The car failed miserably as the pic of the slip shows, is there anything I can do to get it to pass or is it too far off to make it happen?
S5 streetport, too much overlap, knowing my luck
RB 2 into 1 dual exhaust with temporary cat converter
new O2 sensor
wideband showing 13.5 to 14.7 across the board
any info is appreciated.

Maybe you could try the alcohol trick? I've also heard of guys getting theirs to pass by running the output from the somg pump directly into the cats. The smog guy won't even know thats not how its supposed to be, all he cares about is that you have a smog pump there and operational.

I was aware of the alcohol trick but not in the rotary application, I guess fuel is fuel, wheather it has rotors or dare I say... pistons! lol
The re-route of the smog pump is a new one on me, they don't even pop the hood and do a visual here anymore. What are the problems associated with not pumping air into the acv, if any?

THC what kind of test did you fail there
High co means you have a lot of unburned fuel in the exhaust, ie rich mixture and that could **** with the other numbers as well.
As far as running without the smog pump AND with a cat, you could screw yourself, that air is very important for burning the crap out of the cat, otherwise it's pushed out unburned. I have had no problem (when i lived in wa) getting my cars to pass without cats and of course at that point no smog pump. Properly tuned engine will pass without the cat.
Last time I filled up at a pump in the NW there was like 10% alcohol in it anyhow, more will unlikely do you much good and with numbers that far off will be even less likely to work.

Yeah, pee test in the deq line, they get you coming and going! bastards!
Well that was interesting, I was curious what the ecu had to say about things and checked for codes. The codes were all gone when the tuning was done yesterday, now I get 12, 13, 17, 18, and 30, that might explain a few things!
tps is shot (both ranges), new O2 sensor is shot, split air solenoid is shot and the intake air pressure sensor is shot, or the wiring between each.
Oh boy, more work!

NO idea, already swapped out most of the coded items once already, O2, split air, and tps's, like three of them, the intake pressure sensor is a new one though. The car likes to keep it "interesting" for me, I guess! Maybe it's time to plug in a new ecu?
edit, just cleared and checked them again, remember that thing I said about keeping it interesting, the only one that remains in the split air code, is that enough to make it fail a smog test?
I should pull the temp cat off too and see if all that super rich running hasn't ruined the element inside.
Looking back I should have went more radical with the engine and sought out the hod rod council to bless me with special interest plates for the car, hindsight sucks!

you wanna hook the air pump to the acv, and rig the acv so that it directs air into the exhaust ports all the time. this will drop the hc and co like a rock.
if its still not passing, you may have to tweak the afc a tad

Had a similar sheet like that..
Turned out a secondary injector was leaking.. Unplug the secondaries, and give it a vacuum leak from hell, like yank the cruise control line, etc.
I also ran 1 gal 91octane and 1 gal denatured alcohol.

Just bypass the ACV completely and hook up the airpump output to the input of the cat. Then subtract some fuel. Add some alchol, clean your air filter, put fresh plugs in and cross your fingers.
the greatest impact Iw ould say is the airpump being rigged to supply constant air to teh cat, and new plugs.
