im running the poormans non seq and i have my boost controller on the 4" line. do i need another one for the pre spool or what? my w/g solenoid is still attached. no leaks that i can see?

ok i started tearing **** off my car to find the prob. i did find this one line that is connected to the ypipe was cracked and dry rotted. i couldnt find where this line led to but maybe someone else knows???

That line is supposed to be connected to the LIM just under the fuel rail.

I don't think that it has anything to do with overboosting though.

I would think that it would cause loss in boost pressure if anything. I don't think that line runs to the wastgate.



Do you have the "out" nipple on the wastegate actuator capped off?

After installing a boost controller you are supposed to cap the other line on the acctuator for the wastegate. If you dont the wastegate wont be able to open.

so the line from the wastegate goin to the solenoid must be capped off?i didnt do that
