Did it all of the sudden start happening?

Did you add mods?

Did the weather get cold?

Maybe you blew out the cat?

Well, cold weather WILL do it... I'm suprised you don't see fuel cut @ 15psi

your thinking one BAR.

1 kg/cm^2 = 14.something PSI

Put in a cheapie manual boost controller (needle valve) and see if you can get it under controll. If I remember right it only costs about $10.00. The problem might be the wastegate..If it is having trouble flowing much more than 10-12 psi then it will have a much greater tendency to spike, especially with your mods. If the valve dosent work you might want to port the WG...may sound extreme but it will not hurt.
