i am going to pull the UIM and inspect the lines and solenoids on monday, is there anything i should be specifically looking for? Or just check everything for any lines that may have popped off despite the ties on the silicone hoses, splits in the lines themselves, or bad solenoids?

check the charge relief valve line.

And everything else around the Y pipe.

Could also be a coupler.

Most likely not a solinoid.

I think 7 psi is the default spring pressure on the wastegate so that should be default boost. Are you getting 7 psi across the board?

Could be any number of things including but not limited to: CCV, CRV, CCS, CRS, any number of one-way valves, disconnected/loost/damaged line.

Mabye you are missing the pills in lines. I forget which lines have pills. but without them, you will only hit 7psi.
