No Spark, With A Twist?
#1
Well, my cars been down for a bit now, took it to the rx-7 store and they still haven't looked at it. I have very little patience to let someone who looks and works on cars fulltime not to get to a vehicle within a months period. So, im going to have the car taken back home. That being said, this is the problem.
The whole reason I took it up there was because the car is having a no-spark issue. I can't get ANY spark period. Nothing is sparking anywhere, and I am not sure where to look. Problem is, the car had Haltech in it before. Mix that with the fact was also an automatic changed to five speed and you put a lot of problems all in one boat. Does anyone here happen to know what things I would check for from the haltech that would or could possibly cause my no sparking issue? I'd appreciate it greatly as im at my wits end and if i can't get the car to work soon, im just going to sell what i've got and pick something else up. I didn't buy the car knowing it was an auto prior which screwed me over big time, so my frustration with the car is at an alltime high and I haven't even got it to start yet. Anyways, if someone, anyone, could point me in the right direction as to where to check/what lines on the ecu wiring harness i should look at I would be greatly appreciative.
